Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily tree service operations, equipment setup, and site preparation
- Manage ropes, tools, and debris during tree removal and trimming
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Support climbers and crew leaders during complex projects
- Follow all safety protocols and company standards
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Prior experience in tree service preferred, but not required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Safety-minded and able to work outdoors in all conditions
- Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical labor
